Great Corby Brewing
Our English Craft Brewery is located in the heart of Great Corby in what was the old village forge. The building itself is immersed in tradition as it was firstly used by craft iron workers in 1833.
In 2015, Pearse Lyons, the first Irishman to earn a formal degree from the British School of Malting and Brewing, turned this historic location of English craftsmanship into Great Corby’s newest craft brewery.
Today we use only the finest English malt combined with a selection of American and English hops to create this balanced craft collection. While the brewery and building are steeped in traditions, we are using new methods and forging our new range of English craft beers for today’s craft beer drinker, whilst never forgetting the traditions of the past.

Ale
Classic copper coloured Ale with a soft caramel flavour rounded off with fine English Golding hops. Sweet and light at 3.8%.

APA
A light bodied, amber coloured American style pale ale. Citrus and stonefruit hop characters balanced with with a hint of vanilla.
ABV: 4.0%

Blonde Ale
Medium bodied Blonde Ale. Softly bittered with lingering hints of hop and lemon. An excellent thirst quencher.
ABV: 4.0%

Fox Brown Ale
A full bodied deep reddish Brown Ale. Brewed with thefinest Maris Otter malt and English hops. Smooth with with lots of hop and fruit flavours.
ABV: 4.6%

Stout
Dark Irish style stout with a rich creamy head and smooth and full body. Notes of chocolate and coffee.
